I take care of the supply with local and seasonal products, in a responsible and environmentally friendly approach, in order to provide you a French cuisine influenced by my experiences and travels.

I don't have predefined menus, because I create my menus according to your wishes and your events.

Once you have expressed your wishes, I will offer you two menus, which you can choose or readjust.

The basic format of a menu for a meal is:

2 appetizers / starter /  main /  dessert

150€/pers.

Food and wine pairing possible 25€/pers.

   At home, at work... or elsewhere... The choice is yours!

   A lunch, a dinner, a breakfast, an afternoon tea, a cocklatil dinner, a press launch... it's up to you!

   A special request? Need a waiter, a sommelier, or a particular service...?
